Thanks for your help, I am making my own balanced mugen game. However some character makes too much devastating combo, I know removing "Trigger3" "Trigger4""Trigger 5" etc.... in CMD file will disable combo, but it just work for the player but will not affect CPU who still making full combo.  Anyone know which code or which software used to change CPU combo???
