It's arrived, but I have some nitpicks:
1. Shame he doesn't have his Avenger or a 10 Hit Combo of sorts.
2. I'm not sure about putting his Wind Hook Fists in his Special Step, I feel they should be their own separate specials.
3. Kazama Style 5 Hit Combo is listed with a large space under Left Right Combo in the Readme.
4. Mental Alertness lacks a space in the Readme.
5. His Double Lift Kicks use punch sounds.
6. Both Rage of Jins could have a stronger impact on the last hit like in T7.
7. Him transforming in and out of Devil mode in his Hell to Heaven could do with a sound of sorts.

Little Feedback:

- EX Penetration Fist whiffs the second fireball when close in the corner.

- EX Median Line Destruction feels awkward in the corner, like trying to connect something after it feels real off (prolly some velocity stuff in the corner).

- A dash cancel would be nice to add for charging penetration fist to give mix up options (plus was a neat feature in cross tekken).

- B + MP is hella minus, any reason for that?


I'm prolly missing more things to note, but neat stuff anyways. Oh, and here's a lil' somethin', hope ya don't mind.

Here's my feedback on him:
-Crouching HP has a strong HK hit sound.
-The projectile sounds cuts off during Penetrating Fist when blocked.
-Hell to Heaven doesn't have a landing effect when he touches the ground.
-The special guard spark on Mental Alertness and Power Stance plays multiple times if hit by the opponent.
-A normal ground shockwave sound effect can be heard along with the strong ground shockwave sound effect during his Over the Shoulder Reverse Throw.

That should be all of it.
I will still do detail and aesthetic feedback for the rest.

Excellent. Took you a bit of time with this one but I believed that you would get it out before the holidays. I wish this Jin had his 31. Savage sword move but other than that you made him play like Khushnood Butt which I'm all for. The Devil Jin super where he does the hellsweeps with the way it ends it looks like he should be flatfooted on the ground during the laser attack. Him standing in the air on that just looks visually off to me but I hope you continue to add to him in the future.

ok, that was what I thought it was but maybe I tweaked something before I tried to replicate.

Pretty fun character overall so far, I don't think it matters much at this point but there were some images from Project X Zone 1+2 that might be useful for portraits, super BG's etc.

Oh yea, considering you are interested in updating him, here goes some extra stuff I found during messing with him few days ago, feel free to ignore these if you happen to fix them in the new update:
- Penetrating Fist slightly pushes him back when used in corner.
- Devil Lift Beam can be air-blocked, which feels pretty inconsistent, considering Double Lift Kick is an air-unblockable anti-air.
Also, for Rage of Jin's angledraw problem, you can probably give p2 a lie down custom state which resets the angledraw back to 0 instead of selfstate-ing them to statedef 5100. Angledraw can last to other statedefs so without resetting the Angledraw, P2 will have some very messy angle when they perform any statedefs which also involve with angle thingy.

Tested the new update and only found one issue in him:
-The last frame of the crouching HP still has a strong HK hit sound (It's fine up close, but noticeable when hitting opponents in the air).

That's all the aesthetic issues I found on him.
I will still do detail and aesthetic feedback for the rest.

Honestly, I don't think you really needed to add so much push back to it. Now some of the links he had with Cr. MP don't work which killed some of his combos. You can still link into MK (thank god), but his Cr. MP had more follow ups to it. Any reason why? And no addition to dash cancel penetration fist, do you feel it doesn't fit with how you wanted your Jin to play like? Just curious.

Ok, I tried the update and I see you added the dash cancel. I'm sorry and I don't wanna seem like an ass or anything, but I meant during the charge of the move and not the shooting itself.. In cross Tekken, you can charge certain specials moves and when fully charged, they allow meterless supers. being able to dash cancel out of the charge (and the charge only) gave them mix up options like faking Ryu shooting a hadouken, or in Jins case, faking out shooting penetrating fist. Don't gotta update if ya don't feel like, but I just wanted to clear up what I meant, since you did seem to go through the trouble of adding some kind of dash cancel from the looks of it.


Also, no worries about the response thing. I'm sure we understand, do your thing!




That being said, being able to dash cancel out of a hit confirm is kinda neat, so I dig that at least.

When you gave him the ability to cancel his Penetrating Fist into a dash, he can only do it forward, not backward as well. Hopefully, he'll be able to do it in the next update whenever you get the chance to update him.
