West City: trying to make some fake shadows here, still not good though.

The fighting arena looks empty. Try adding moving cars to the street on which the fight is happening as well.

I'm having trouble locating anime-looking car sprites that big... there's a police chase happening that sometimes cross the first plane, but that's all. the cars in the background are either 1) dbz toys or 2) sprites taken from the anime, still small. I can't draw cars.
