I recall reading in either the docs or the data files that in mugen that a character is capable of commiting suicide in a round.Any characters that you guy can think of that commit suicide? Off the top of my head would be Z Sabre User's CVS Haohmaru in Retsumaru mode.
I don't really get what you're saying.The "suicide" is a feature implemented in some characters, mostly Samurai Shodown ones, and has nothing to do about the docs and data files for Mugen... unless you're talking about the personal readme of a character.Anyway, commiting suicide ends the round, but gives you full powerbar at the next round.It's implemented in all the samurai shdown characters if they are coded properly.They're also in POTS' version or Nakoruru IIRC.
Bad Darkness's Rugal 94 also has a suicide move based on the ending for KoF'94, including the scene of him holding the detonator - fun stuff.

Kazama kazuki can commit suicide. I'm not at my PC right now, so I wont be able to check for the authors name. I made a mugen video that features him committing suicide in the first round.Edit: Kazama kazuki by "CKenni and System ID"
as a side note, all the Warusaki3 characters (except ingrid and kuroko) can commit suicide in the latest version of Capcom VS SNK W (the 2.4 one, still unreleased because SyN is making the trailer vid).and yes, they are accurate to SS
I believe KGenjuro's Jubei had a suicide move which also allowed the other player to decapitate him, I believe it had to be another Samurai Showdown character to do it
