Honestly i'm sick of the fad. It was cute for like a day or two but now its obscene.
At least they havent lewded best mon though.

Because this time these OCs are "plausible" within Super Mario's canon universe, due to the story gap caused by Super Crown.


IMO, this whole "R63 character suddenly becoming meme" concept is such weirdly amazing... that I'm actually willing to see how far it goes;

Because Bowser has secretly been Best Girl this entire time and it took a canon Rule 63 powerup for the internet to realize it.

 I think the thing with mama terry a few weeks before, and the super popularity of gender bendered characters created by FGO (do not underestimate how popular this game is in japan/china) helped to "sow the seeds".

Then we get the old but constant memes about bowser being best mom because he by himself raised all the kids, either bowser junior or the smb3 kids, not sure aobut the canon.

A fun thing about this is that the oldest bowserette doujin is the one by alice takarabako, woth mentioning because it was released in december.
