I can't find anywhere kof XI  and arranged version too in flac, also I'd like to know how to loop the songs, because the cd comes with the songs too short?

Goldwave should be able to duplicate the track and loop it. Then save as a new file and it should work with what ever you need.
Flac files are hard to come by. You may never find it.
