i've slighty decreased the gravity value, since i've noticed in the last video it deletes the last sprite of the animation, now it's fixed.

so, here you are my new mid distance stance:

in the video you'll see the superman punch improvement too, alongside with the leg bazooka combo ability, and the adon crouch strong kick (it's the same of the mid air kick).

of course p2 is not the same rev. of p1.

i'm thinking to name my Sagat version "Supreme Sagat". Do you think it could be appropriate?

I like Supreme Sagat. If I were to rename him I'd call him Stupendous Sagat because these updates are stupendous! This character has come a long way since the first release. Love that the Leg Bazooka is combo-able now. Not sure if I like the mid stance because its looks a bit feminine to my eyes. I think the mid stance should look more like the stance near opponent .
Does your Sagat have the original grab? This:

It was a favorite of mine back in CVS2 because it looked like Sagat was throwing out the trash. I like the new grab alot. I was just wondering if the old one was in his movelist as a answer to parry or something.

To me it seems the right amount of relaxation (but i could be wrong) and ready...looks like it was based on king. Maybe you take a move from her too...so it looks like they all got it from Sagat lol. I guess now all you need is a weakened stance for when he is below 25 percent health...if so I say take his classic street fighter 2 stance...the one where both hands are balled up/fist at each side of his head

thanks. about the mid stance, i've improved it a little bit.. neck and shoulder zone.. i think it's better now.

yes, the orgininal tiger toss is already included, sf4 throw is lp+mp, tiger toss (SFA throw) mp+hp.

anyway, looking at the svc one you posted, i wanted to improve it, so i've added some sprites, redrawn some other and modified the existing ones:

I personally don't think you need a third stance at all. But if you want to add it, then you'd better make for him a different stance. I can't say it's femine, but I can definitely say IT'S RELAXED. While Far and Close stances are still given us vibes of, I dunno... Sagat's knowledge about a battle, his Middle stance doesn't look like fighting stance at all. It just looks unserious. But maybe really, something like his old SFA/CvS/SF2 stance would fit? It doesn't look like strongly closed guard in close stance, but it doesn't look too open like his far stance. I think this would work.
P.S.: I like the idea of "Supreme Sagat" name. But maybe, "The Emperor Sagat" would fit better.

Well... The idea with new intro sounds nice... But I don't think he needs a cape in Bison's meaning.
I think he would've looked better with what he really would wear.

Such "scarf" would really fit him. But, unfortunately, I don't think M206 would be too enthusiastic about the whole new intro, and I can understand him.

let's see, i think i'm not going to include the classic SFA/CVS stance, i think i'll go with the one i have made, or try to edit them. About the name "the emperor sagat" sounds great too, but i'd like something more "fast"/immediate, just like the "evil" suffix.

thanks for the intro ideas, they're all cool, but i think they're really too difficult to create.. :/ maybe i'll work on something like the last winpose (the one with the white eyepatch from sf4)..

ahhh I really liked the old one...this one seems to similar to the close range (the arms at least)...maybe you can use that old one as the 25 percent health one and change the face to look tired
