I have created him, I put him 2 modes, Wind Mode, Thunder Mode, Ryutaro(2 modes).Many body says "Its Impossible make oni for mugen" And no. its not impossible, i have created many super moves, and the "Super Kamehameha" From Dragon Ball XV And "Proton Cannon" From UMvC3 , yeah, i update the character approximately one time per two weeks, and well, its hard write in this language.New Super-Thunder Dragon Level 3-Normal KamehamehaNew Update-Remove Super Proton-New Super +2-New change to Mugen Varsion 1.1-New Effect Heat And Thunder Mode-New Power Bar (By Wolf Stak) Low,Normal,Max-New Super finish 100%Old UpdateSpoiler, click to toggle visibilty-New Super Fix Level 2 And Level 4-New AI patch Random Normal and use Super Mode and Burst-New Skill System: Aerial Fwd,Upwards,Downwards-New Edit Heat And Thunder Mode-New Color Palette Select (Legacy And BlazBlue)Link
OPINION: Dude, I don't see why adding Proton Cannon and Raging Demon to your char, especially since he certainly don't have those in the source. These are the most overused hypers in MUGEN, your char would be much more original without them.Other than that it looks great.
i agree with magma, albeit this is still one of the most high quality stick fig chars i've seen throughout my mugen history.

This character is amazing! ive been looking for a stick fighter to use as a sort of joke character and this is great, good moves and sounds. However sometimes i do this super 1 hit punch move and it slow downs my game, im not sure if this is intentional. and i do think your character should be kept original, so maybe not use proton cannon? God job though!
