Enabling a mugen character to be grabbed or thrown

There are several mugen characters (I.e. Bonus game characters) that cannot be grabbed or thrown by other characters.  I wish to change it so that they can be thrown or grabbed like any other mugen characters.  Please tell me what commands or values I need to change in order to do so? Thank you.

Instead of wasting time on this.You should use SOR2 bonus game.But GM's sf3 chars throw doesnt do damage on them.
