Eternal Champions.  Decent characters...that's about all the it has.  Horrid graphics, horrible/impossible controls, crappy story.

Shadow for 3do: 8bit games have better intro, the missing frames suck ALOT in digitalized-graphics,the same for SF the movie for PSX one but with stupid voices.
Pit Fighter, Mortal kombat for Super nes.
Another for 3do: way of the warrior.
for nes: many MK and SF pirate games.

Speaking of Mortal Kombat ripoffs, what about Tattoo Assassins?!
It was made by Data East, and thankfully, NEVER finished, however, you can play near complete roms if you want to check out this horrid pile of crap.  Also, I saw earlier, a post about War Gods.  I don't know why, but I used to play the crap out of that game.  I was younger then, and it's garbage now.  Anubis Wins!! lol!

I never played it, to be horrible needs to be boring too, after watch the video , I found many fatalities really bad-awful-stupid, and characters design ridiculous and poor, bad sound.
