Ah, well maybe it's the criminal upper then, but nvm I fixed that before hand.
& Well... lol I miss a lot of minor tidbits because I was going at such a fast pace, trying to do too much at one time. Feel free to do whatever you like, but I will definitely get around to it when I can.

Nah its the recovery state as a whole, its all missing. Its not really bc of the criminal upper.

You also missed his air recovery state as well, plus his alpha counter state but i fixed those too. Will pm u in a bit

This will be my next project after Blue mugen Screen pack is done :D Im going to remake the Ikemen as well and for the mugen version. there will be many changes and so this not going to be the full version :D

I had just assumed you watched them? Some that haven't been shown I suppose.
Confirmed..

Angel, Benimaru, Bulleta, Captain Commando, Chris, Gai, Hayato, Ibuki, Jin(Cyberbots), Kensou, Mary, Ruby Heart, Shingo, Strider.
5 guests. Captain America, Gambit, Ironman, Psylocke, and Sol.

I'll need some fonts and super ports for Angel, Gai(have fonts already), Gambit, and Shingo.
For now I'm really just going over and updating the current roster. Adding any missing moves etc. It took me a min.. To fuse the Iori's, now I can get to Rugal finally.

Now that I know how to do the armor code I could(Similar to Victorys Juggernaut), but I personally don't care for him to do the extra work. He doesn't have a run and many other misc tools, so there's that as well. If I had things like CS and new fx for him, it'd be more likely. I doubt anyone would help me with it either.

Angel is just tight like that. I haven't seen her new trailer yet, I'll see what they've added.

Two things here..
1. Adel has a cs patch, yet no one has ever made any palettes for it?
2. What exactly is Adel's appeal? Being a lesser version of Rugal. Trying to make him more interesting, but he is low key kinda boring. Any suggestions?

Yeah, they haven't done anything interesting other than that one KoF. Sad too, since he's the son of one the the most baddest villians in KoF. Maybe you can make his moves...nah he still will be a lesser Rugal.
