Need help with KOFZ Zillion

Hello everybody!
I'm french so excuse my poor english level... :-P
So I have a problem with King Of Fighters Zillion at this address:

When I click on the KOFZ icon Windows XP says: "This app can't work because the configuration is incorrect"
Can you help me please?
