General:
-Super cancel times could be a little bit more lenient, especially on God Press and Gigantic Pressure. Let them be able to bounce off the wall a bit longer before having to cancel it again.
-All charges of Kaiser Wave and the Dark Barrier's reflected projectile move at the same speed, and I think all at a slightly slower speed than Heavy Reppuken.
-On the note of the projectiles, I'm not sure if this was intentional or not but you can fire any Reppuken while the Dark Barrier's reflect is still on screen.
-Might be just me, but the Power Charge effect feels a bit slow.

-Both versions of Genocide Heaven look very "same-y", even if they're a hit apart. You could probably do without the follow up Genocide Cutter in the Level 1 variant, and just keep it at 5 hits.
-MAX Dead End Screamer loses the envshake at about the same time the Level 1 version of it ends.
-When EX Genocide Cutter connects, the voice clip of Rugal calling out the move's name completely stops.

-From a purely personal standpoint lol, Big Portrait is super pixelated, I suggest using the one that Hero used:
https://i.imgur.com/55YlU4Q.png-First hit from the Genocide Cutter in the Level 1 version of Destruction Omega and all Genocide Cutter hits in the MAX variant lack envshake.
-During the God End intro, the ground still shakes and the impact is still heard as if Geese hit the ground, but he's not shown coming back down to the ground.
-Last Judgement doesn't seem to work at all. No matter how much I do the command, the move itself never comes out. Update: Turns out there's actually some weird quirk with it... You have to input the command for Last Judgement in the air, and make sure you hit Heavy Punch either right before or right as he touches down on the ground. That's the only way I've managed to actually pull it off, it just doesn't work when he's on the ground.
-I don't think the first Genocide Cutter in MAX Genocide Heaven for God Rugal specifically needs to be 3 hits. It could do well enough staying at just two.
-Edit: Almost forgot: God Rugal has the same KO voice as normal Rugal.
That seems about all I could find or immediately notice, I was playing both of them while making these notes to make sure everything was fresh and jotted down immediately.
