How do you rip the instrument files from game files and how do you compile them so you can make a soundfont of them?

I figured it out :)

Here's How (SNES or Spc files only)

Download this: http://www.jcomcp.plus.com/jcomspc.html

Download this: http://polyphone-soundfonts.com/en/download

Watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLX2AsoDB7U

Go ahead and download the soundtrack you want to sample: http://snesmusic.org/v2/select.php?view=sets&char=A&limit=0

Change the file name to rar.

Open up the rar file, drag the files into a new folder ( Makes it easier, because there's a lot of tracks)

Open jcomspc -> Open the music track you want -> press control tab
then Mute all the channels you don't want playing
(Pick save destination folder) Browse->choose folder
Press record.

Drag the new wav file into audacity and export the parts you want.

And you're all set.
