Hi!
I´m making super Clara from Power Instinct: Matrimelee of PS2, check the video:

OMG!! At last someone makes some character from Bonnou no Kaihou!! Excellent!! :sugoi:

She plays very well in the video, and her sprites looks pretty well, so much as her PI2-Legends sprites

Good luck with S-Kurara (since I don't like Clara name for her).

Thanks for the comments^^ By the way some one can contribute with her voices? I wish to release a public version of her but I´m stuck with the lack of voices.

For the voices maybe you should use PI Legends voice meanwhile (recording it from MAME, maybe)

And about that, where do you get Bonnou no Kaihou sprites??

These sprites where free source from Wuwo from Mugen China. Power Instinct Legends don´t work well and I can´t even disable the voices...

Ok, reviving the topic for some betatesting on Super Clara (but I prefer call her Super kurara, anyway :P)
Here are some stuff I found on her basing in those things:
-Her appearance in Power Instinct Legends (for MAME, I have it and I played it)
-A video of PS2 Clara with S-Clara transformation
-The PIL readme in GameFAQs

Well, here comes the feedback:
-Wave Punch has forward with weak punch and upward with strong punch. In PIL, those are 2 different powers, since forward WP makes with D,DF,F + punch and upward with D,DB,B + punch
-Missing Sphere Attack and Heaven Laser (I think in PIM2 she doesn't have, either)
-Starlight Kick Flash makes few damage comparing with the other powers, and only makes 1 hit
-Her dash animations (forward and back) looks like she missed sprites

Apart of that, she plays very good, all his basic moves are the same as her PIL counterpart, only missed the hitsounds and sparks (well, I have Matrimelee screenpack, so she fits with it :P), I really like her :) probably I'll send you some palettes from PIL ;)

Thanks, credit will given for your help. By the way her super combo is made with movehit, if the first punch hit she start the combo but for some reason it never worked and I have to rearrange it... By the way this super motion is originally made by me. Though she don´t seen to have supers on this form on the original game. Her forward dash is a small jump, I haven´t figured to make it better.

So far, Clara's improving, though I suggest you start focusing on the moves first, like her supers.

yeah, like someone said, you should definitely record the sound. my suggestion is to use a program like Adobe Audition ( ;D ) or maybe Audacity ( :-\ ), change the volume controls so that you can record the sound coming into your speakers as you play the game through MAME or something.

so far so good, though. sweet work!

Yes, but it's very difficult to rip her voice from PS2 (since just has been ripped her sprites a few time ago), that's why I support the idea of ripping her voice from PI2 or Legends for MAME 8)

And about her, I fix your palettes and I make some originals and the 4 alternative palettes from PIL... but, as I know, you have to remake the main palette, since the KO BG shares colors with S-Kurara. Same with normal Clara in the intro :(

Soon I'll send you the files with the corrections of the moves I said in my last feedback ;)

Don't worry about that, I'll fix it with the rest ;)

And thinking as a new super for S-Kurara... maybe do the Starlight Kick Flash with 1-3 hits and make a super version that hits 7 times, like PIL, what do you think??

I made various fixes in Super Kurara for Kenshin, so this project still alive yet ;) Kenshin, I hope those changes and tips can be useful for you ;) feel free to change anything I did with her...
