Yeah, wonderful effect, Mr Fong did a very very good job on this one.

Gameplay wise, will Power Stream act exactly like the original : the first part making bounce on it before the real stream comes out to deliver its full power ?

It's accurate to his original (KOF2K3) P.Stream,the same as you said,the first hit of the ground wave vacuums and bounces the opponent in the middle of the whole stream.

Also,the Dream Cancel on his Buster Wolf Hit --> Power Stream is available.

Im currently sending him to hjk/Tee Hee Hee for the A.I.

Actually, 2k3 Power Stream is pretty crap, and not that great gameplay-wise. If you want a powerful Power Stream, take a look at XI's Power Stream.

Otherwise, I also love those effects for Power Stream. They look awesome.

I removed the crappy elements of KOF2K3 p.stream,the p.stream does have it's KOFXI elements.

Im currently waiting for M.I to come online so that i ask permission from Don Drago for his modified Dream Cancel text.

Though,he did state in his readme that he's open source,it's still wiser to ask permission.

will the dreamcancel suffer from the horrible damage dampening that XI has for terry's? it's almost not even worth doin in that game.

I hope hjk does a good job i like the dude but he seems to have controversy follow him and sometimes it doesn't speak well of his skills.

Eh I suck at fighting hard as hell AI's most of the time and I can rarely when they are cheating. Probably my controller

I'm sure he'll do a great job since it's not a patch and he is actually working with the creator.

Not every character has to have a huge unneccesary groove system.

I think having 7 grooves is bloated.

And besides,he isn't a CVS2 character only,he has a system comprimising many games (a system which i'll use for my future w.i.p's)

I sent the explanations to people I thought read me well... after a while. I was definitely suprised that I was right in thinking they did read me well.

Don't worry, he won't be. I'm gave him a 'CvS1'/ 'CVS2 EX Groove Combo Enabled' style with a few extra things thrown in for the sake of keeping him EXTRA RANDOM and to assure that he misses sometimes (taking into account the advantages AIs have over the player at default).

He's pretty aggressive and has a 1/4 chance of beating a particular 'Cheap Ass' AI that just annoys the hell out of me (someone else on this forum mentioned that AI and how it plays outright

Don't worry. I don't code cheap Ass AIs anymore.
What I still have left to do is implement the CvS Combos for the player which will be tough because the AI activates combos slower than the player (I can prove that using qwerwgrebew's combo code for Chun-Li

and the same code involing the player

... it's not a pretty sight)
Terry for the player at default, started off with only MOTW combos. For the AI I added 'CvS1'/ 'CVS2 EX Groove Combo Enabled' style with a few extra things thrown in for the sake of keeping him EXTRA RANDOM and to assure that he misses sometimes (taking into account the advantages AIs have over the player at default)

I ill be giving the same combos to the player as well. (maybe not down-ups though because that could easily screw the player up)

The OLD Terry was too cheap for words, but was 'Hella' Loved and I don't know why $:-\$ .
There are only a few things I can say I loved about that AI and those are:
- The fact that I 'accidentily' coded the lvl. 'OvaSheen Geyser' (or whatever) to activate when p2 is getting up;
- The 5 hit-then 'Burning Knuckle/Power Ryaku' (or whatever)-directly into the power dunk;
- The 'Fire/Sliding Kick- into the launcher-into the rising tackle-'Burning Knuckle/Power Ryaku' (or whatever)-into the Power Wave-into a roll-into his level 3 Power Stream
