I think the only H-Character I ever got was that Black Raiya edit and she had a super that forced the foe to suck her cock while classical music played.

feedback:
I listed these errors in his previous characters, but here we go again:
(testing on 1.0)
- the hitspark has some transparency issues, probably because you used a helper and you didn't set it correctly (haven't checked that yet); (this problem won't happen if you use 1.1)

- bad alignment for his light attack sprites;
- bad alignment for his falling down/hitting ground sprites;

- infinite with light attack, walk forward, light attack, walk forward etc.;

- the small portrait has some skin coloured pixel on his hair (check it with the second palette);

- the CLSN1 (red CLSN boxes) are always covered with CLSN2 (blue CLSN boxes), except for his crouching strong attack, giving him almost no priority, if none at all;

- the throw isn't animated well;

- head.pos and mid.pos are slightly misplaced;

- misaligned hitsparks for

standing strong attack
aerial light punch
aerial strong attack
QCB+light attack "Crash Low"
QCB+strong attack "Crash High"

- any version of Criminal Upper doesn't have blue CLSNs on his 13th frame which lasts 30 ticks (half a second);
- the Criminal Upper CLSN1 (red CLSN box) is bigger than the effect itself; also it's not a projectile or a helper, it's Cody himself...

- it's very easy to cancel aerial light attack into itself, same thing for aerial medium attack, because you added ctrl = 1; if I keep pressing y (medium attack) while I'm jumping I won't attack because the attack will get canceled, to hit someone I have to time it right;

- to deal very good damage without meter do:
light attack -> medium attack -> strong attack -> crouch strong attack -> Crash High (QCB,z)

it deals 300 points of damage, almost as much as his only level one super (QCF, y+z) which deals 400 points of damage; and hey, it's a level 1 super!

Glad these were put to use, but he is looking super stiff. I'm assuming you did the pals, but the inconsistency isn't your doing right? Interesting to see these in action.
