Hello, I've decided to pick up on Sean's Axel Stone. I plan to polish some sprites, as well as adding my own. Here are some WIP examples;Stance (I'm not very good with stances, this will be redone)Crouch and light kickNew crouching heavy kickAxel will have some moves you all remember, as well as a few ones that are original. Majority of his stuff will be based on Streets of Rage 2, but I will try to put in stuff from all three games. Axel will also be a six button character, with double inputs and EX moves.Unique Moves:Backhand punch - F.HPAxel turns around and smacks the opponent with his knuckles. Two hitsBare Knuckle - HP while runningA weaker version of Grand Upper. Only does one hit Target Combo 1 - S.LP S.LP S.MP S.HK S.HKTarget Combo 2 - S.LP S.LP S.MP F.HP (Bare Knuckle does two hits now)Specials:Grand Upper - QCF + PunchAxel's signature move. Each version adds one hit, and goes further. Dragon Wing - DP + PunchAnother one of Axel's iconic moves; a spinning dragon punch.Going Straight - QCF + KickAxel performs a dash which gives him a bit of invulnerablity. Light travels the least amount of distance, Medium further, but Heavy is a fakeout which leads to a punchCriminal Takedown - QCB + Punch, Kick, KickA rekka styled move, Axel beats down his foe with swift brutality. Last hit will sweepItem pickup - DD + KickAxel picks up a random item. Similar to Pheonix Wright's "Investigate" move. Items Axel can pick up; Apple, Turkey, Pipe, Knife. Weapons can be used five times before "breaking", immediately dropped when hit.POSSIBLE MOVESFuze CounterAxel gets in a ready position and when attacked, flips over the opponent and suplexes.ThrowI want Axel's throw to be true to SOR. When grabbed, the player should have the option to punch, or knee the opponent during a short period of time, before the throw ends with a headbutt. Not sure if this is possible in Mugen, but Skullgirls has a character named Beowulf that can do this.I dont know why, but I pictured Axel throwing trashcans at the opponent, revealing items he can grab. I'm leaning on the side of "this is a little strange", but if people like the idea, I'll consider adding it.Super Moves:Calling All Cars - QCFQCF + PunchAxel summons the police car, as they blast the arena with a rocketSuper 2 - Nothing planned, but I want something involving the weapon mechanic of SOR.[Level 3] Final Crash - QCBQCB + PunchA eight hitting barrage of punches, followed by two spinning hooks and ending with a more powerful version of the Dragon Wing. First hit has to connect in order for the super to continue. I personally think you should have left the color palette alone. The old one was consistent with Capcom's color standards and yours is just too bright and has too much saturation and contrast. If you want to keep it I think you should just keep both.

Here's a concept for the sword super, inspired a bit by how Project X Zone attacks are. I am obliged to call it "Dub Slash".And yes, the launcher is based on Akatsuki. It's one of my favorite animations from Uniel. Thanks for the kind words everyone!
