Seems a lot players like it but for the first time since MK9 we Germans are..fucked. For an unknown but stupid reason the game is not available in our Country ..as the only one worldwide. At least not if you don't have ps+

Okay so apparently your second character unlock is at 7000 GP. Just unlocked Alisa.

Oh man, it's scaling?  I just got Alisa at 1000GP, was hoping everyone would be a consecutive grand after that.

Kind of a bummer for me, the game being so reliant on online.  I've only fought one or two people from here, and they can attest to how utterly ass my connection is; I just don't have much fun with it.  That said, I'm really happy with the changes they've made to the gameplay itself; I hope the non-random elements make it into the next couch-able game.

(well, it does say you can have at most 2 arcade coins at a time and you get a new one every 60 minutes... But beating arcade gets you a premium ticket which lets you play arcade too)
Beating arcade gets you a premium ticket the first time only.  Afterwards nothing.

I got Bryan for my second unlock.
Playing Arcade 4 times gets you a trophy, but the AI is so easy and there's no way to change it that it isn't worth the trouble.

The stats system has to be ditched though.

I actually don't have a problem with the ticket system, seeing as to how I only play three or four online matches at the most whenever I'm on (and I'm not always on every day).

I'm still trying to get used to not having Bound combos, though.

So I've just remembered that I can't play Lili any more.  0-6, mainly because the db+3 that was a nice low profile sweep in 5DR is this big long arcing high kick with years of startup.  That and the choice of special arts they gave her is rubbish, half of them come out of her qcf dash so a carrier pigeon is going to get there before the attack does.

I think overall the problem is I need to learn how to play Tekken again.  Too much DOA, VF and Injustice since I last played Tag 2.

I think it's alright because when people look at your winning ratio, they will often adjust their playstyle to do so if they feel cocky or bad for possibly wanting to steamroll someone who's lost a lot.

Online Tekken scene usually heavily relies on ratios to determine their fun during matchmaking, but just showing the wins can let players just play as they usually would, which is nice.

(goddammit I'm outta prem tickets, might get on Tag 2 to practice)

Yeah, I´ll have to get use to the no bound again since I pretty much was a button masher in T5 (didn´t played T5DR) so yeah. Will get this day someday in the week, I´m excited.

Never mind, the Zaibatsu has the answers.  Characters are randomly picked out of Alisa, Leo, Bryan and Steve.

From looking around various sources (and being slightly disappointed that I haven't unlocked Bryan yet), the third unlock apparently happens at 30k. *crosses fingers for Bryan unlock at 30k* Ah, beat me to it! Good to know now. :)

Also, is it just me or do you get more experience for losing? It's not my mind playing tricks on me, right?

You get way more experience from losing with premium because, well, you lost valuable game time and it's compensating for it.

But then, what about the folks who will spend $60 and lose on purpose to max one character? Since premium fight money, even with a loss, is quite substantial...
One could easily get around 500 premium coins and losing them all would get your Endurance maxed out.

Dunno what the level limit is but you can surely get to 50 in no time and get those 200 skill points taken care of.

Haven't been paying attention to the experience or gold gain, but I did notice that winning and losing online nets you the same amount of Gift Points.

Been playing the game for a while and... I really like it. Leo was my first unlock (only one so far). Had no problems getting used to the no-bound system (probably cause I play too much tekken for my own good).

100 tickets that just all Tekken characters from ttt2 make it into the game during the next months+ customizations etc
