I've decided to use Hungry Wolf's graphics for transitions. Apart from that, should be ready to put the menu screen together.

If you need an animated BG for the rest of your screens I may have something that can work for you. See below screenshot (Another old trashed concept), ignore everything but the Blue diamond BG in the back ground,  the Diamonds Zoom in and out individually they are looped as well. you can always recolor them to match your theme. The only downfall is that its a huge file, or you can always use one of the images as a static BG.  Let me know if you want the file. I believe I already have them in my Mediafire.

i still dont understand how you guys make 32 bit screen packs, fighter factory doesnt work with it, I cant find much documents about them.

yeah it does?? How else would we make stuff..

@President Devon: I sent you the Animated Blue diamonds BG.
The Fire in that image is not animated it was just a test image, now the fire in the first image I posted with the character renders thats animated.
Let me keep digging through my stuff I suck at organizing my psds.

I know it might be a bit early for the lifebars, but I feel like you could definitely take inspiration from V-Nix when it comes to the custom ported variants.

V-nix did always have some creative Lifebars, hell even the latest ones you made could work "Infinite Dream" was a sick one.

Generally, screenpacks work with mostly everything, except in  very rare circumstances (like lifebars having space to place/making room for certain character systems (P-Card system, Stand System, Burst System, Additonal Lifebars)

Weird seeing Kaede since he hasn't had a CVS conversion (unless someone has one hidden deep), I'd rather have Haohmaru or maybe Hibiki since she was in CVS2.
