I recommend either raising the amount of time before a character gains control after an airdash to tighten the timing or raising the minimum height for airdashes, since the low altitude airdash is what made this even possible in the first place.

It seems like you didn't adjust Ruby's intro with Ragna. She still stops moving before her sound clip finishes. Although, I looked at her "All Unique Interactions and Win Quotes" video on YouTube again and it seems like she gets pushed away before she finishes talking, so I can see why you left it as is. But the way you animated the intro looks weird and made Ruby look static until she got kicked. That's why I mentioned it during Ragna's feedback. Unless it's intentional and you do decided to leave it unchanged, then the only thing that's left is the missing effects.

Also, is Ruby and Yang supposed to have infinite juggling? Because I realized I can pin an opponent to the wall and keep juggling them endlessly. Even though the damage gets lower, I can get over 100 hits and even more as long as I can keep up with the combo and not let them touch the ground. Probably Mika and Ragna can as well, but how their movesets work they can't juggle opponents as easily like those two.

It seems like you didn't adjust Ruby's intro with Ragna.

Not exactly. If you try juggling Stupa's Training character with auto recovery turned on, then he'll air recover before you can get any further.
I have noticed that the AI for certain characters will make no attempt to air recover whatsoever, allowing for the infinite juggles, which is really weird.

 That might just be the case that some characters lack aerial recovery altogether, making it impossible for them to escape as long as the attacker continues connecting juggles successfully or eventually expire their juggles depending on what juggle system one uses.

It is included in Ruby's update, so go ahead and redownload her.

Hoo boy, these two characters have been long overdue for an update. And now, they're finally getting one. Basically, both of them have been brought up to speed with my more recent characters and have gotten some balance changes as well. Go ahead and redownload Ruby and Yang,

Ruby's Update notes:

Probably not.  The AI patch still hasn't been updated, so using it will downgrade the characters to the old version the patch was made for.

Atleast one of the small group of decent characters to come from RWBY got a MUGEN character, shame it had to be from BBCTB though. Looks good so far.

But how do I install the AI patch?

 Sorry to bump the thread, but it's fairly important in context.

 Found two infinites with Ruby, although the second one is probably just a semi-infinite with strict timing due to MUGEN's default juggle points, but still worth looking into.

It would probably be a good time to start adopting an incremental cornerpush + hitstun decay mechanic to make stamping out unintended infinite combos easier since lowering hittime too much can make certain non-infinite combos impossible in the long run. Although the incremental cornerpush already exists in my stuff, hitstun decay is going to be a new mechanic I'll be introducing in my coming updates upon Nayuki's release, so, it's worth looking into those.

Since Nep bumped the topic regarding Infinites and Ruby has yet to be updated with these two issues on my feedback regarding slash sounds:
Ruby:
-Her crouching B should be a medium slash sound.
-On Ruby's Petal Burst, I can barely hear the heavy slash sound of the last hit (I suggest you change all the slash sound hits of the pedals to light ones as the medium slash sounds override the volume of the heavy slash sound).
I found a bug and a few aesthetic issues:
-The 2nd hit of her A command normals causes Ruby to suddenly scoot a couple of pixels forward.
-The A version of ground Gun Blast doesn't a sliding effect.
-There is no landing effect when Ruby touches the ground during Guillotine.

Hopefully these can be fixed too.
