Mugen 1.1. It's hard to believe it's already been 2 years since this project started. When it started I thought maybe I would get half this far in that time. So i'm happy with the progression, but still have a long, long way to go. For those that are new to seeing the project this game is a mix between 2D beat'em up & VS style gameplay. In the latest version you can play as Ninja from the game Ninja Warriors, pick an alternate costume for Haggar & adds an new un-playable character Missing Link from the game Vendetta. Known issues are that Haggar in his FF2 outfit can sometime shrink a little small for tick.

Removed turn animations & code for all characters.
Added FF2BreakCar bonus made by Tim Markworth.
Added SF2 Oil Drums bonus made by Tim Markworth.
Replaced Final Fight subway train stage music with original FF arcade music.
Removed team-up partners for TMNT Ocean Surfing stage.
Changed volume on some stages to make them more balanced across the game.
 
Characters updated :

Cody = Fixed some Jail outfit GetHit anims.
Cody = Fixed tornado attacks getting the player stuck after falling.

Punisher = Improved AI

Haggar = Alternate FF2 outfit added by choosing Pal 3,4,5.
Haggar = Can now pick up the knife.
Haggar = Added hyper named Laying Pipe.
Haggar = Added hop backwards.
Haggar = Added finisher to Laying Pipe hyper.
Haggar = Improved AI.
Haggar = Added missing finisher sprites.
Haggar = More bug fixs.

Musashi = Fixed hit overide of swordwave.
Musashi = Improved AI.

Kruel Kurt = Updated attributes & changed damage on some attacks.

Interactive Stuff :

Fixed missing sprites for the acid finisher on Syrian Desert Refinery stage.
Readjusted hitboxes for Amazon rocks.
Intro & hazards for Dystopia stage.

Ok I had to make some quick changes as I missed some crucial things in my initial write up, but here is my initial thoughts and tiering of the characters, @Electr0:

I think assists calls should cost some meter personally, but I am enjoying the game otherwise.

That's a lot of info & I agree with most of it besides Blob being B tier. He's a boss in the game & usually wins in watch mode battles. I think Poacher Joe is the worst in the game. I've got some fun ideas for Blob that should make it in the next update along with a revamped Punisher. Hopefully when that comes out you might reevaluate Blob again.

I've actually been thinking about bumping Blob up in light of the Pyro super being so good, but his mobility is what keeps me from doing it. He lacks any good jump ins or a forward dash, so he does not have any good options against Punisher and Cody in particular who can zone him out pretty well. He can't take advantage of his assist like the 5 above him cause of the mobility issues. I also think his normals and sorta long startup times for specials make him easy for Haggar to outplay. I did play this with a friend on Parsec so there is some human vs human interaction to go off of here. Regardless I like Blob a lot, hes the most fun character besides Haggar. Looking forward to the update.

By the way, I've done some more writing for your game as part of my fighting game archival project, but i have some questions on the system I can't find in the readme and dont have the people to test reliably with. If you're interested in giving me some info, let me know!
