It resumed the MechHisui404 of production.
I'm promoting the production little by little.

Whats the difference between a Mech-Hisui 404 and a normal Mech-Hisui?

Some short feedback...

 - CLSN on crouching LP, MP & LK looks kinda strange... looks like red clsn comes to early & stays not long enough, animation is not finished for the punches...
 - do you use Electrocution from the "Optional Animation Standards" for "Electromagnetic Net Wire TYPE High" special?
 - "Head Butt" throw could benefit from an heavy metal sound effect
 - standing HK is a chainsaw sword? If so, use some chainsaw sound effect

All for now. Keep up the good work.  :)

i'm so excited for this! mech-hisui has always been that one charecter that ive just wanted but never really felt had a good conversion aside from rajaa's. nice to see this.

I played Razaaboy's Mech-Hisui too. But I see no 404 name there. What this 404 means? 2nd version of mech-hisui or, it's just an extend name of mech-hisui?
