Oh man I cannot wait for this, hopefully you release a beta or something for us to try. The anticipation is killing me, haven't been this excited for SNK style character since Alba Meira and Yuki Kushinada.

I don't know how Jin would be without that move, Jin would feel a little bit lacking without it. It would look weird if Devil Jin had it (I don't even know if he has it in the Tekken games). But that's up to you, you can do what you like, mate.

You don't need to be sorry about your English. If you feel you don't understand something, you can always ask, there's nothing shameful about asking for clarification. :)

devil jin adopted it since tekken 5, since vanilla jin's moveset was overhauled since tekken 4 they made devil jin have jin's moveset from tekken 3 and added a bunch of new moves so "classic jin" players have someone to play as if they're used to tekken 3 jin so it makes sense for him not to sprite the roundhouse for vanilla jin

ah, i didnt think you meant an alternate mode, i personally think he should just leave the 2 seperated, leaves alot less of a workload that way
