I usually find that when these characters get leaked they are usually barely working betas. sometimes alphas still missing required sprites and full of half finished animations.
It's not "hoarding" if people are keeping it private at the behest of the author lmfao...It'd probably be hoarding if the character was released previously, but went offline and the people who had it refused to share.
