Sorry as I havent paid attention to SFV5 yet. How about Tiger Onslaught then? Or Wild Tiger Assault? Or Tiger Domination. Just some ideas

He doesn't need that many Level 3s, the Vyn inspired one for example could work as a Level 1/2 if the execution was good.
