its just the title screen for touhou suimusou. Had it been a stage from Scarlet Weather Rhapsody I would have been awed

I've had a version of that stage for months (mine has mist).

Without the mist is good as well.

Ecchi, it calls to me...

The version up there for download has mist in it...and that's a problem.  The mist is too bright.  It should be much less intense (and maybe a different color as well).

In fact, the version for upload doesn't look like the preview pic at all.

There's a 2nd layer of static "mist".  It's also set with a layerno of 1 (i.e. covers everything) and is a whole screen transparency.  That needs to be fixed as well.  For starters, changing layerno to 0 would help.
