Hwa Jai KOF 2K2 UM Remake 85% Final



This is an updated version of Misamu Hwa Kai from the first Mugen China page before 2000. This character is rotting away on my hard drive and I am not the best coder. This project will not be updated but is Open Source as he always has been for years.



This character has never received any love, even after his XIII debut. I am hoping someday he will be finished by someone. I simply do not have the time anymore.

  • Removed original coding and old move set.
    Added K.O.D. Joe's code
    Better animations have been added from that are different from Joe 2k2 - 2k3
    Has 2k2UM gameplay.
    KOF XIII Move set added.
    All special moves are done to the best of our ability.
    Missing animations for supers and throws are included but not added in the sff.
    All work files are added in the folder.


Also Included

KOF 2k1 night stage - Merry Xmas Old Gamer! :)



  • Removed the crowd in all areas.
    Added in the original color sprites in the SFF in case someone needs them
    Did not include a separate download for this. Suffer :P

Would be a lot better if he used Joe's original stance, and Hwa's voice.

bottle catch and toss sprites are there. backbreaker sprites are there. alternate stance is there. the only thing that is not there is his MAX kneeling laugh which is made by another guy already. Even though I gave that creator credit, I did not get those sprites. You can find those in the KOF anthology game.

Anyone that needs more sprites made, I will be willing to do them. However, I want to see the moves done first before I do the sprites. To many times I make sprites only to see nobody code anything.
