You got the leg muscle details down, but in the first frame of that turning sprite, it doesn't look like it was anti-aliased (from the lower part of the arm; it's all dark lines). Other than that, it's CvS Sagat to me!

His neck doesn't have any details. You have to use the darker shades too to give details.
I can easily notice a quality difference between dampir and shao_kun's samples.

After all i'll retouch dampir sprites.
Tell me Alex, it' s the way im shading? Or changing proporcionality?

It's more how you shade him. That neck has no definition, and the same goesfor arms' muscles. The way you're doing him now, it seems a random chubby-strong of a gym instead a hard-rock fighter as Sagat must be. You NEED to put some effort in those muscle, play with textures in arms(look at Joe's arms for reference, Ryu, etc....NEVER Balrog). Same could go with his legs. I couldn't say "look at Joe's" because hims are different. I'd say Adon, but SFZ's shading is quite different. Look at SF3 Alex decreased colour for reference(I don't remember where I saw it)
I swear there was something cool here!!

what you've got so far is good. in the end I'd add more frames to some of his moves though to make them smoother.

PS: I like the concept of master Ken but I think that would be better if Ken has the long hair like Street Fighter Alpha series and then he looks like Gouken :P

did you add Sagat's unique roundhouse kicks introduced in SF4?

he has his fwd+roundhouse kick in SF4 that's really good and lets him link that move into ultra/supers and other stuff. Sagat also has his fwd+light kick move. both those moves are useful for his kara cancel tiger uppercut, which would are signature Sagat moves in SF4.

Yeah man I really like the SFA designs, even I dream with one day see cvs sfa Ken and cvs sfa M.Bison.

I've just wanted to give him real proportions, knowing that there aren't many SFA to CVS convertions, i suppose that i would make him taller, thiner, and bit less muscles, that was what i tried.
Anyway, this need a bit more "work" to give him more muscles details, and i tried to give his feet a different look, feedback please

It looks good. Here's a bit of advice Felo and Alex gave me (although Felo said the following):

Knee lines, leg muscles, be careful in the arms and the chest. I would suggest you to keep the same lines as in the Street Fighter Zero sprite, just re-shade the whole thing ;)
Oh and concerning midtones, apply them like dampir (see his sprites and you'll see what I mean.

I tried my best with his hands and feet, so I dunno. I didn't do the face because I suck at it. What do you think?
