impossible unknown for advanced stage builders tutorial doesnt exist.
But seriously, if you're interested in making stages, start simple. Then use that stage to learn off of. Once you know how to create advanced stages you'll be able to handle a stage like that.

I make normal stage and animated stages but dont have  idea how make this type

Download the stage and look at the techniques used to get the effects.
It's probably just a TON of layering.
