Well, Some of those character are 1.0 exclusive only so if you have something like winmugen or anything previous, most of the characters wont work for you in the screen pack you currently have if it's not 1.0.Another reason is you haven't written down the characters file name in the select def in the data folder, or did it improperly.Look, to make things even easier for you, here's my screenpack, with all the data I've set up for the character slots.Included is also stages I've collected and sounds that go with them:https://mega.co.nz/#!8J12BDCL!AEu4-0cHuUbeE-Zz5d5-Yl4j8egjEKZjwKfMVezVCq4Now all you have to do is just add in the chars folder and your ready to go.Note (Important):To get to the select def, so you can add more characters and stages, click on the data folder, then click on the blue folder labled "Neon", and it is in there.Hopefully everything works for now.
