So I'm just missing something obvious. Since I can't see it, I'm hoping one of you guys can see it.

I dont see anything wrong with what I have. The move starts with anim 1150 and it hit's P2 just fine. I had the anim switch and the 2nd hitdef trigger as the 1151 check. I moved it up to trigger1 because I'm trying everything I can think of.
Am I forgetting a stupid mugen bug or something???

You have no hitflags. Default is MA iirc. Your first hit causes fall. Change to MAF

Still whiffs. I didn't think it could be that because it'll connect if the anim is 1150.
Not exactly sure what the heck is the problem here.

As I'm doing more and more testing, it seems mugen doesn't know it's using anim 1151....

Solved. That ^^^ gave me a clue to test something. I moved the changeanim above the hitdef and it works normal..  ::)
