Was trying to come up with something better for his backwards walk then the floating, this might do. I dunno, I was very lazy on this.

I think you should stick to floating back, it fits vegeta more IMO

The floating was better than him walking backwards. Besides, how do you explain him going from having his back to his opponent to immediately blocking? :P
Is finding MUGEN to be more enjoyable to play when you're not wearing clothes an underrated opinion?

I dunno, how do you explain it when Dio and Jotaro does it?
Or when a character is jumping and upside down but manages to straighten themselves to block?
Or when you hit upside down chunli during spinning bird and she is suddenly standing up?

I dont think the walk back is that good, but the block frames as a justification dont seem that good considering what we handwave away with the genre. We accept a character will be standing straight getting hit no matter when they are hit that they get chopped in half and return to the next round, etc.

Instead of a walkback this could be used as a win pose, this fits more Vegeta.

Do you feel like the Rage bar emptying is still necessary now that the Galactic Gunfire is blockable?
Vegeta's Rage Mode seems really bad in comparison with other characters modes.

I might be a little late for this, but in case Vegeta does gets updated again, it would be nice if Chamat's updated Saibamen sprites were included in his victory pose, given those feel a lot of more in style and also animate a lot better.

Is it possible to make the go-away animation of Vegeta's Final Flash time consistent? Right now, near the corner it won't hit in a basic launcher combo when midscreen it hits. That's because he takes too long to move off the screen when near the corner.

That's indeed a nice Idea.

Also, I noticed the official html command list differs from VegetaZ2 available in Champ's edition: his Galactic Gunfire is no longer unblockable whereas it's still detailled in the move description. Same for EX Machine Gun and its air version, it drains power along with buffer gauge. Is it normal or a bug?
