Well, there's an MKII Kung Lao by Cipher44, which is offline, so sent.

It's old as hell, so be sure to run dos2win on him

MK2 Kung Lao sent. I've had problems before with gmail, so I sent him to your hotmail.

I also PMed you the links to MK1 and MK3 Raiden like you asked. I have yet to see a MK2 Raiden however (I don't think there is one, if he was even in MK2)
