Hien, take a close look how the upperbody twist the other way the kick goes in my animation (that's how impact can be made - try the move yourself - without the floating haha)

Here's another try at it, so it looks more like a Light Kick ;)

I think removing one frame from both those animations will make it truly fitting for a low kick, particularly when Vegito retracts his leg.

It doesn't look much like a kick at all to me. More like he's reaching out with his foot and trying to drag something back.

perhaps it can be used to drag someone with his foot and trip them? just a quick thought

Just saying, but I think the original idea was for Vegito to kick using only the end of his foot. What you have STILL looks far from being a light kick.

Make it that way the kick bends before kicking, and it come back straight, like this,

by doing that, you can make it a trip/light kick, either or work with that animation.

@HQ: I think using the end of the foot would look better for a light kick, also I'm a bit lost on the upper body is his body supposed to tilt back and remain in the position with his lower body turned because for mine I have the upper and lower body both turned together

Edit: God984 asked if I'm involved in this project - it got trashed because of a necrobump for some reason.

Here's my answer: Generally with animation work, I help to improve if I have time & the product is of my interest. As of right now when Hien needs some help I helped.

Hien, what's the progress on this? Are you still interested in continuing the work?

@HQ: I'm still working on this but as of right now there's nothing worth showing unless you guys wanna see outlines of all his normal attacks(air, standing, crouching) I have finished. So no specials or super attacks, intros, winposes are even thought of yet.

personally i'd love to see any progress! it hypes me tons to see something advance bit by bit

I'd love to see outlines! That, and I might be able to possibly help with the filling in of the outlines.
