Need help with Localcoord.

So Ive seen Electro's videos on localcoord but I have no idea how to properly calculate it for my own build.
I use 1280x960 and he uses 720p so can someone tell me what LC should I use for the chars I have and stages so they are NOT FUCKING HUGE.

Yeah thats pixel perfect for 720p but Im assuming its not for 1280 x 960
720P is 1280 x 720

Edit I just tested it its the same damn thing.
