I think.As far as I can tell, he didn't have that name in the original Street Fighter - not onscreen, and I really doubt it was in any version of the manual. It was invented for the movie - confirmed in his Japanese Wikipedia page.

Cool. He actually was being sprited as a 6 button character, so I'll keep that in mind. His pallet is a little weird compared to these others. I'd pressure Balthazar into working on his again, but he doesnt like outlines.
