Added LED screen effects to it, and gave it a God Rugal purple tint, because I felt inclined to. Added the H&M logo. And on to my diabolical plans. I'm gonna dedicate the next three days to detailing the 109 Tower, left and right building each. But my only problem is that I'm a tad scarce on time to do some major details to the left and right buildings, like billboards, windows, etc. So if you have the time, and feel up to spriting some billboards/windows, or want to share some billboard/window sprites, feel free to do so here!
Finished the 109 Tower. I'm not gonna add in any line details, they're tedious, time-consuming, and down-right unneeded; I'll save those for the right building for..... God knows why..Tomorrow, I'll post the right building with details, and showcase a GIF of the 109 logo glowing.Thoughts?

Tomorrow, I'll position the TV screen and add the metal pole I scrapped out from KoF XIII, and add some more billboards and a drapery-like decoration, as well as the BG objects from the HD TWEWY games.Also, if you were wondering, all the colors used were ripped off from TWEWY (The World Ends With You for those who don't know it), adjusted to -16 brightness on Photoshop CS5.Thoughts?

Also, you XGargoyle, and walt were the first three I had in mind to beta test this. I mean, you guys gave me so much feedback it's the least I can do.Anyways for those who can't guess who the last fighters are, they're Shiki from Samurai Shodown and Kisarah from Agressors of Dark Kombat.
