Well, I found this old lifebar on my hardware, and back in the days when I was a leacher :p
I have remade most of the graphics and fix most of the problems on it.

Hmm... How much Power does this Jedah have?
Since the lifebar has a limit, and that limit is 9. I'll see if I can find a solution.

I have updated the bars, finishing simul mode once and for all and fixing a font problem. I also added a few more portraits and the template for simul lifebars.

I forgot to fix something, really easy to fix.

Just find the P1 and p2 front.scale one the powerbar section and change it to 1,1
And your problem shal be solved

Whoa, I remember KOFBW. Bumped into it waaay back in 2003 when I was new to Mugen and was still only hanging out in Mugenchina's guestbook. The screenpack was my favorite and I've had it in my drive for years until it got wiped from a force format. BLAH!

Anyways massive thanks for the HD lifebars. I'm going to use these again. :D

Dude that KoFBW was made by a dude called MUTA I have those files including the screenpack and some of the chars and stages they released as a minigame, you might be interested?

Updated 06/30/11:

-Added small portrait def.
-Fixed some postitions and shit.
-Remaded the hitsparks.
-Remade a few of the fonts on the timer.
