This looks like a really bad edit of an awesome screenpack I used to have years ago (since the "Select your alter-ego" thing is the same exact font, as well as the placement of the characters and big portraits). I forget the name of the guy who did it, but he used to do awesome stages too and now he's gone and I hate everything.

OK I did'n use sprites and that all from some good screenpacks to create this screenpack,I just rip some sprites,here is a sample I used to rip image from neo geo pocket game Snk Vs Capcom then I ripped picture what I set on select screen,and I'm saying that I'm not use any Sprites and sounds from some good screenpack ok!
