Help with Sprite and Animation Standard

I'm looking to pay someone to help me with importing the standard sprites for the rest of the characters I'm working on. I have a guideline for who ever it is to follow. I have about 27 more characters to go and it will be so much easier if I could just have someone/people knock out what I find is the most annoying part. Basically its the 0-150 & the 5000's sprite standards and animations. I am open to have multiple people work on it as long as they follow the guidelines. Name your price and if its reasonable lets work. together. I will provide sprites and animation standard once we come to an agreement.

I will pay per character finished. Honestly should only take an hour or two each character.
