Make the cape more "relaxed", I see you're copying and pasting a resized Alpha cape but it needs more edits to look properly CvS-like.

Wow, that's creepy. Are you using the color separation Froz made to edit those sprites? I think the cape on his stand looks odd.

I think it needs one more color for its shading since it feels too flat sometimes. It's just a suggestion, you don't need to do it if you don't want to.

Fixed it for ya! :)

You might also want to use some anti-aliasing near the edges of the capes, right now they seem too pixelated or too sharp. I'm looking forward to this, good luck!

EDIT: You also might want to add a couple of folds to the cape that indicate that gravity is playing it's role and adds a little weight to the cape.

Right, it was DavisMaximus, my bad. Thank you, dude :P I said your name because you made that char but I forgot the color separation was made by him.

No I will not apply the CS, and I will just use pieces extracted from SF Alpha Bison and little redrawn parts, cus the price fits just this job, and believe its hard enough.

Also about Kain, I`m converting some frames per day, but nothing nice enough to post a GIF.

Maybe I will at least for stance make a custom one

Cape could use a bit more natural motion, especially in the stance. It looks awfully static. Some billowing and flowing, perhaps? I love the idea you're going with here; can't wait to see more progress.
Is finding MUGEN to be more enjoyable to play when you're not wearing clothes an underrated opinion?

I dont know what are you doing, but that cape is too odd, if you see don't match in any animation you post
you need to make a rezice of it and use all the Bisons sfa with CS(for the cape
