You know, I never thought of that. I was thinking of finishing the 738 Cs'ed sprites by Jmorphman, and then select the needed sprites of Enlightend Shadow's CvS3 screenpack (I think it uses the 4-button KoF fighting system, but I'm not sure). I'm pretty sure the first part is a bad idea.

I really want to make a CvS2 style 2k3 Kyo with these sprites, and I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in wanting to make a 6-button Kyo with these new sprites.

why would you make a 4-button KoF style Kyo for a project that is aiming for a 6-button CvS-ish gameplay? even the sprites are based on CvS, this just doesn't make sense to me.

 Ok then 6 button gameplay it is. Anyways I'll work in his dash forward and backward sprites. Hopefully it'll be the roll sprites,  then go over a few of the sprites I did and then: the attacks;  what everyone secretly wants ;)

Remember to put the seam lines on the sides of his jeans. There are also some white details on the jacket, and his shoes are a bit different from the '94 ones.

Just pointing these details for a more accurate conversion. Great work overall.

Thanks for the input.  I'll definitely do the white lines, and I'll try my luck with the seam lines. Concerning the shoes, I'm not going to touch them. Same goes for the dangling part of kyo's belt cuz they both gave me a stroke when I tried to edit them. But thank you anyways.

You're doing some really good work on this project. The anims are lookin' real nice, you're puting a lot of effort and quality into them. Good work, can't wait to see more progress!

@BIG BOSS: Oh I have a loooooooooooooong way to go my friend. This is Jmorphman's CS'ed CvS Kyo sprite pack, which is about 738 frames of sprites, and I need 40-something sprites to get to 100 sprites, so yeah. :-\
