HELP!ALL OF UMIHEI'S SF3 CHARS DONT TAKE THROW DAMAGE!!!

So I was playing my SF3 3rd Strike MUGEN lately and I noticed something really annoying about Umihei's SF3 chars THEY DO NOT TAKE THROW DAMAGE!!!But they sure can give damage when they throw you!Seriously it is annoying and does not fit at all so any form of help will be appreciated:)
