Does anyone know where I can learn zui quan (or drunken fist) in Florida?

I've been looking around like hell for an instructor who would teach me but the only two I have heard of was the one in California and another in Canada.

If anyone could lead me to the right direction I would be more than grateful.

Also if you can could you guys also direct me to literature and movies I could download involving zui quan?
