its good to see someone else release anime stages ^_^  as for the picture i think thats just copy cut paste from other wallpapers  rivalta  i betther get back to my stage  making

He admitted he used it as a base, so I don't think it's necessary to get so hostile and demand he take the link down. I'm not a fan of people "stealing" things by any means, but there's also the rules of this particular forum to consider as well. Perhaps just giving credit would be nice. That type of hostility is precisely what scares away new creators.

I mean damn, once I read the basic BG was originally Gio's I was going to ask permission to modify it for a stage for SoM2, but something tells me you're a bit protective.

True, but I don't recall saying it was a bad thing nor did I attempt to deny him said right. I merely stated truths, specifically that the forum rules don't support his demand that the link be removed, nor is the hostility constructive to the creator or the community as a whole.

Yeah it uses your idea as a base template and maybe you "ripped" the floor sprite that I resized and edited for you

but once a sprite is ripped or made it's out there

if anything this should just be moved to edits

also

the blank wall is readily available on vandalsquad

it's just one of the many blank templates from graffiti studio

the program and same site that provided the blank train templates for both versions of troublesome kunoichi

So what you're saying is that if I rip something and put it "out there", it automatically gets considered as "open source"? that's not how it should be.

So, are you telling me that .. when the guy that made the site put the image up it automatically was open source and open for anyone to rip and use? "thats" the way it should be, but not the same when someone reuses the straight up rip?
Hereditary permissions? Its now property of whoever ripped it and he can say whatever he want about the outcome of that work?
Not only does that not work that way on the guild. as being honest with your sources commands more respect than just claiming things as yours blindly.

Everyone I'm sorry, I now know I messed up and Making this stage was wrong.
I'm sorry Gio, every one who read this, and the mugen community.
In the future I will be ask if I wish to use someones work as a part of my stages.
I request someone to lock this bord (I don't know how to >.<)

Thanks but I don't want to be known as the man that rips off peoples hard work.
I realy just want him to know I'm sorry, If he forgives me I'd like to think this is can all be done and over with.
Plus now I can learn from my mistake and when I make more stages I'll make them more original, and I'll ask permission for every thing in the future.
