Well, I already said that I am working on a samurai shodown project for mugen and since I know how to extract precise data from the game and there are many samurai shodown creators around I asked myself...why not share this information with the community ? So I decided to open this topic exclusively to put usefull data from the game so the creators can base their chars on this information.

Some things before:

1 – I will be updating this info from times to times and not regulary, so maybe I can put some data today and update only in the next week. Also not all the chars will have their info updated at the same time. I will do based on my will and sometimes based on the community will.

2 – Never ask me info about other games including other SS games...

3 – I will try my best to keep this topic organized and I will divide  the sections in general info and individual char info.

4 – Questions ask me...

Hi, very impressive your guide, I think it helps many people :)

I've a question... I'm remaking one of my first projects: Gen-an Shiranui (SS2 sprites with SS4 gameplay), but since I can't ask you about another games like SS2 or SS4, my question is...

Which of those character data would fit better on Gen-an?? I think maybe Enja, but I don't sure...

Hmmm the first problem here is that SS2 chars uses only 16 bits to deal with velocities while samsho 4 and the other upgrades uses 32 bits for that...

Impressive, thank you very much ;)

My idea is that, making Gen-an a la SS4, with FX and (some of) gameplay of this game, one of my first projects that I revived recently... I though revive him with SS6 sprites, but I don't like them, so I back to the roots :P
