How fix this char?

Hello everyone, I have a problem I have an old char that its color is bugged.

I use mugen 1.1. This old char is kengang mugenversion = 11,22,2000

which program solves this?

I remember that in the past I had a program that opened the AIR / SFF files and was converting, solving, does anyone know the name of this program?

Fighter Factory? This looks like a simple palette problem, can be solved with FF3, also take a look at this topic.

It was not the Fighter Factory. It was a simple program that just did the conversion and solved the problem. I'm not a programmer, I do not understand Fighter Factory
