One annoying thing about some sprite sheets is that, instead of having actual sprites that are ready to be worked with Fighter Factory, they come in bits and pieces like this sheet here:

https://www.spriters-resource.com/mobile/fireemblemheroes/sheet/87961/

This is especially true for mobile games where many of their complex sprites are broken up like so.

While I understand that this saves space and allows for a far larger range of animation than just static sprites, I simply can't use these bits and pieces unless I assemble them first. Plus, I know that doing it all by hand would take a very long time, not to mention that rotating some pieces would have a degrading effect on the quality when done in software like GIMP.

So, is there a program or method that allows me to generate sprites from pieces quickly, or must I really do it all by hand?

No, easiest way would be to rip the sprites already ingame, using Artmoney or simply taking screenshots+lots of patience
