The Mugen Fighters Guild - Paintshop Pro Radial Blur Help

Hi,

I recently got Paintshop Pro x8 due to Paintshop Pro 9 not working on windows 10.

The issue I'm having is hard to explain so i'll show it in pictures and hopefully you guys can help.

So this is the default picture.

This is how it would turn out in Photoshop Pro 9.

This is how its turning out now in Photoshop Pro X8.

See how it doesn't blend in with the black background? I have made many effects like this before on Photoshop Pro 9 but never had this issue.
